Job Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the ODC Manager, the Assistant Mall Manager is responsible for
- Mall Promotions.
- Accounting Duties:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- preparation of Financials
- preparation for yearly audit
- preparation of lease documents for office & retail
- Administrative duties;
- prepare letters
- issue sheets
- filing answering phones
- greeting the public
Specific Duties:
- Provide administrative support to all departmental members.
- Perform basic bookkeeping functions for OMMA and possibly Otineka Development Corporation.
- Review and prepare all leases and other correspondence materials for the management team.

- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions.
- Assist with report and presentation preparation.
- Maintain a professional image and demeanour with all employees, management, executives and visitors at all times.
- Assist with preparations with yearly Budgets
- Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required.
- Assist in mall promotion.

Qualifications:
- Secondary School Diploma required.
- Business Administration degree or diploma required.
- 2 (Two) years’ experience in Management and clerical/administrative experience
- Proficient use of various office-based software including Microsoft Office 2007.
- Certificates for First Aid and CPR Training
