ODC Janitorial (On-Call)
Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Janitorial Supervisor, perform all necessary janitorial cleaning duties as directed throughout the Otineka Mall. The cleanup of the exterior of the building which includes the parking lot.
Specific Duties:
- Cleaning offices and second level according to lease agreements
- Cleaning main level common areas
- Cleaning washrooms on all three levels
- Replace all garbage bags
- Clean all entrance glass inside and out
- Provide set up and remove tables and chairs for casual tenants
- Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Diploma – Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Experience in the care and maintenance of buildings and grounds
- Basic knowledge of common household
- General knowledge of maintenance and minor repairs
- Knowledge of cleaning materials and equipment
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
