Lounge Supervisor
Job Summary:
The Kikiwak Inn Lounge Supervisor under the direction of the Kikiwak Inn Assistant General Manager will be responsible for the overall operations of the Lounge services, ensure excellent service is productively provided by engage with patrons and staff. The Lounge Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day functions the Lounge Services, maintain and promote high quality standards with services. Plans, organizes and directs the operations of the Lounge Services.
Specific Duties:
- Oversee, direct and control lounge and staff of its high standards in both functions and duties
- Provide training and coaching to Lounge service staff for quality and high standards
- The ability to develop relationships with clients, return guests, group contacts etc. to provide maximum personalized guest services
- Responsible for day-to-day functioning of staff relations, including performing meetings, address staff concerns in timely manner, provide feedback and coaching to staff address efficiency and controls, and supervision and training of subordinate staff
- Performs related clerical duties involving accounting with responsibility for accurate records
- Deal and address all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
- Verify all cash deposits and floats are balance, and provide verification to accounting
- Maintain Inventory accurately and provide report to Supervisor after each shift

Qualifications:
- Customer Service Certificate
- Diploma – Grade 12 or equivalent
- Good Communication, Time Management & Leadership Skills
- Must be Smart Choice Certified
- Certificates for First Aid and CPR Training
Salary:
- Dependent on Qualifications
