Job Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the ODC Manager, the Assistant Mall Manager is responsible for Mall Promotions, Accounting Duties for Otineka Mall Merchants Association (OMMA) consists of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, preparation of Financials and preparation for yearly audit. Administrative duties; prepare letters, issue sheets, filing answering phones, greeting the public and minutes.
ODC preparation for lease documents for office and retail. Promotions and Marketing for the Otineka Mall.
Specific Duties:
- Accurately maintain Rent Roll;
- Preparation of Office & Retail Leases
- Submit draft letter to Mall Manager for proof reading on Security and Maintenance matters
- Maintain and prepare Mall Security documents and filing.
- Accurately Maintain Monthly OMMA Financials;
- Assist with ODC Financials: Accounts Receivable (Rent Roll), Some Accounts Payable
- Prepare and Assist with Yearly Budgets and Audits for OMMA & ODC
- Implement & Organize Promotions and Marketing functions for Otineka Mall
- Provides assistance to staff with the knowledge of office equipment and programs
- Maintain confidential records and files;
- Research and assist with the preparation and motions, policies and procedures;

Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration and/or Office Administration
- Diploma – Grade 12 or equivalent
- Combinations of educations & experience may be considered
